Refund policy

Due to the nature of research peptide products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Missing Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sunshinepeptides@gmail.com and we will make it right.

Lost Packages:

If your order is lost in transit, contact us at sunshinepeptides@gmail.com and we will work with USPS or FedEx to resolve the issue.

Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours the order has likely already been processed and cannot be cancelled.
